Job Opening: Accountant & Procurement Specialist
We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in both accounting and procurement to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be ready to start immediately and possess a transferable Iqama. Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
- Conduct financial audits and reconciliations regularly.
- Manage payroll and tax-related activities.
- Procurement:
- Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting and procurement roles.
- Strong understanding of financial and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Requirements:
- Transferable Iqama.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Preference for candidates from the Philippines.
