Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all mechanical projects on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate the activities of mechanical workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain high quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the project.

Keep detailed records of project progress, materials, and any challenges encountered.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and new team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in a relevant industry.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and maintenance.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
