Hiring: Mechanical Foreman/Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman/Supervisor to lead and oversee mechanical installations across diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise mechanical teams in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to maintain schedules and ensure quality.
Inspect completed installations for quality and adherence to specifications.
Conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe and productive work environment.
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman/Supervisor, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate teams.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with local safety and building codes.
