We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect/Draftsman with expertise in producing high-quality designs and technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural drafting standards, technical specifications, and construction processes. Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred, as it will be central to our design workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models for various projects.
• Use Revit for efficient designs, ensuring project coordination and alignment with specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine plans, integrate architectural elements, and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and work closely with construction teams to address project discrepancies.
• Provide input on material selection and assist with project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Strong expertise in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in building codes, construction standards, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia is required.
